Welcome to the Propane Education & Research Council's Grant and Rebate Management System

One of the Council's top priorities is the continuing development of programs and projects to enhance consumer and employee safety and training, to provide for research and development of clean and efficient propane utilization equipment, and to inform and educate the public about safety and other issues associated with the use of propane. The purpose of the Council's grant program is to fund innovative projects that will meet those priorities.
